Our History

We started smoking meat a little over 10 years ago. With flavor unlike anything else we know what it takes to make an amazing dish. We have gathered influences from all over. We have intensively sampled BBQ nationwide and narrowed down the best flavors to bring you the best straight to your door. Our “Q” influences include St. Louis, Nashville, Texas, and of course Sweet Home Chicago!
